VISION 2030 – Report Card – [2018]
Five years later a new City “need” comes along. The Vision 2030 Report gets rewritten as a “Report Card” — This is “better” but still “very difficult to read and understand.” Are these the “Goals and Objectives” that we want to follow for the next 10 years? [Can we do better]? What is your evaluation? Is this version clearer or “better?”
